Revolution marches to be held as per schedule: PAT
Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Secretary General of Pakistan Awami Tehreek, has said that revolution marches would be held across the country in six major cities as per their schedule. He said that the first march would be organized in Gujranwala on Feb 15 followed by marches and public meetings on Feb 17 in Faisalabad, and on 22 in Multan. He said that these public meetings were of political nature which were being held under the banner of Pakistan Awami Tehreek.
He said that these marches and public meetings would be held as per declared schedule and had nothing to do with the remarks of the honourable Supreme Court.
Khurram Nawaz Gandapur said that Pakistan Awami Tehreek would continue to wage struggle for restoration of the people’s rights and improvement in the electoral system of the country. He said that the brave people of Gujranwala would join the march and attend the public meeting in their hundreds of thousands as a mark of protest against oppressive, exploitative and inhuman system.
