Preparations completed for 41st International Mawlid Conference under MQI

One hundred thousand households from Lahore have been invited to attend: President Minhaj-ul-Quran, Lahore

Minhaj-ul-Quran International’s 41st International Mawlid-un-Nabi (PBUH) Conference will be held on the intervening night between the 11th and 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal at the Minar-e-Pakistan grounds. Preparations have been completed in this regard.

Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri will deliver a special address at the conference. Separate seating arrangements have been made for men and women at the venue.

The Secretary of the International Mawlid Conference, Jawwad Hamid, stated that reception camps are being set up along various routes to guide the caravans arriving at Minar-e-Pakistan. He said that the prominent religious, political, social, and intellectual figures will attend the conference. No efforts are being spared in decorating the venue.

A large number of scholars, Sufi leaders, and religious personalities from different schools of thought within the country and abroad will participate in the International Mawlid Conference. The grounds of Minar-e-Pakistan have been illuminated with decorative lights.

Meanwhile, President of Minhaj-ul-Quran Lahore, Professor Zulfiqar Ali, stated that the greatest joy in the universe is the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The people of Lahore should arrive at Minar-e-Pakistan in processions while reciting salutations.

He asked the people to shower flower petals on the processions. Lahore’s citizens are urged to attend in such large numbers that the night of the 11th of Rabi-ul-Awwal resonates with chants of "Welcome, O Messenger of God" and "We are the devoted servants of the Prophet (PBUH)." He also mentioned that one hundred thousand households in Lahore have been invited to attend the conference. Men and women from Lahore are encouraged to participate in the thousands, expressing their love for the beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
