A disqualified person can’t be a revolutionary: Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri
Addressing the meeting of the office bearers belonging to the PAT central Punjab chapter the other day, Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman of the Supreme Council, has said that a disqualified person can never a revolutionary nor can someone who is unaware of the money trail of his assets lay claim to the national leadership. He said that whatever Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri had stated regarding this system in 2012-13 is now being spoken about by all and sundry today. He said that had the apex court not declared the former PM disqualified, he would have taken pride in the present system.
Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that solution to Pakistan’s problems lies in the revolution, stating that the MQI has been struggling relentlessly with the power of knowledge and peace to bring about a change in the country. He said that the day is not far when this oppressive system and its patron will be consigned to the dustbin of history.
The meeting of the PAT central Punjab was attended by Rafique Najam, Syed Mahmood-ul-Hassan Ch., Muhammad Akram, Hafiz Shabbir Ahmad Qadri, Syed Farhan-ul-Hassan, Babar Ch, Riasat Ali and others.
Dr Hassan said that Pakistan is passing through a critical period of national life. He said that the powerful and moneyed classes are not only attacking the Pakistan ideology but are also busy undermining the foundations of Islam for their vested interests, adding that there is no other way to interpret the attack they launched on the belief in the finality of the prophethood. He said that those who are involved in the Model Town tragedy are attacking the state of Pakistan. He said that protecting the ideology of a country that was achieved in the name of Islam is the responsibility of every faithful and the worker of the MQI and the PAT.
The Supreme Council Chairman said that the way Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri foiled all conspiracies to tag our peaceful religion of Islam with terrorism, we should also set up our efforts for elimination of corruption and promotion of justice and fair play. He said that the MQI is working hard to protect and promote the image of Islam and Pakistan, adding that Islam is all about promotion of peace and welfare of humanity without any discrimination. He said the message of MQI is reaching every nook and corner of the country. He directed the workers to remain vigilant of the conspiracies against the country. He asked them to double their efforts to make membership drive a success.
