Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri grieved over the death of Senator Rehman Malik

Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has expressed his deep sense of grief and sorrow on the passing of senior PPP leader and former Minister for Interior Senator Rehman Malik. In his condolence message, he said that Rehman Malik was an elegant politician who occupied a unique place in the country's politics. The world of politics, he said, has lost a dedicated public servant. He prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in peace and give fortitude and courage to the bereaved family to bear this loss.

MQI Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur also conveyed his profound condolences to the bereaved family and said that Rehman Malik was a seasoned politician. He would speak quite vociferously on public issues in the Senate. He said that the late Rehman Malik waged a long political struggle as the leader of the PPP. He said we are sad at his demise.

Meanwhile, PAT central president Qazi Zahid Hussain, Noorullah Siddiqui, Mian Shafique, Raja Zahid Mahmood, Mian Rehan Maqbool, Noor Ahmad Sahoo and other leaders also expressed their sorrow at the death of the senior PPP leader.
