Dr Hassan was accompanied by Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Dr. Mumtaz-ul-Hassan Barvi, Deputy Secretary General Media Affairs Noorullah Siddiqui, Wing Commander Abdul Ghaffar, Muhammad Maqsood Malik, Shafqat Nadeem, and Engineer Muhammad Saleem.
On this occasion, the Chairman Supreme Council stated that the Al-Azmiya Institute will stand as a distinguished and prestigious educational institution in the Islamic world, second only to Al-Azhar University in Egypt, providing both traditional and modern knowledge. Annually, thousands of scholars will graduate from the institute to serve Islam and the nation.
He emphasized that Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri envisions imparting purposeful education to future generations to ensure the prosperous future of the nation. He added that Pakistan's destiny will change with the promotion of modern sciences and arts.
The Chairman Supreme Council noted that the provision of quality education and training is possible in a safe, healthy, and knowledge-friendly environment. The Al-Azmiya Institute will introduce exemplary educational trends in the promotion of knowledge and awareness. It will become a milestone in the revolution of knowledge and serve as a precious gift from Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri for Pakistan and its people.
'Minhaj-ul-Quran International has already provided Pakistan with state-of-the-art educational, training, and public welfare institutions, and this legacy of service to religion, humanity, and the nation will continue. Providing purposeful education to generations is the greatest need, service, and act of worship in this era," he said.
During the review of the construction work, the Chairman Supreme Council directed the project director and site engineers to ensure no compromise on the quality of construction materials. The engineers also gave a detailed briefing on the remaining construction phases and interior finishing of the project.
