The developing team of Minhaj Digital Encyclopedia (MDE) called on Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri and briefed him about the digital encyclopedia project. Talking about the distinctions and characteristics of the project, the developing team told the Chairman Supreme Council that a fast searching option has been made available to the users and researchers in this digital program on the pattern of Google.

Minhaj College Manchester (MCM) organised a spiritual event titled ‘The Living Legacy ﷺ’ on 20th November in Manchester. The spectacular event consisted of an array of activities such as nasheeds, exhibitions, lectures and various performances by the world renowned individuals. The special guest and keynote speaker was Shaykh Hammad Mustafa al-Madani al-Qadri who gave a brilliant and spiritually uplifting speech on the moral conduct, personality and esteemed characteristics of our Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The Shaykh emphasised the concern and dealings of the Prophet ﷺ towards humanity and the high rank bestowed upon those that help other people.
Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has said that Durood and salutations for the Holy Prophet (pbuh) is one of the most exalted blessings of Allah Almighty and those chosen ones who have the honour of reciting Durood bless their lives with peace, love and mercy of the Lord. He said that Durood is the source through which we can be close to our beloved Prophet (pbuh) and this practice represents our love and reverence of the Holy Prophet (pbuh). Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri made these remarks while addressing an inaugural ceremony of Gosha-e-Durood mobile application that was held at the central secretariat of MQI in Model Town.

The Commission for Interfaith Dialogue arranged a seminar in collaboration with the department of Interfaith Relations, Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI), on the topic of the promotion of Muslim-Christian relations. In their speeches, the speakers stated that all divine Books impart a message of peace and love to their followers. These holy Books promote convergences and discourage divides. They said that we need to broaden the horizon of our thinking based on argument and logic. They said that Pakistan is a beautiful and tolerant country where the concept of interfaith harmony is deeply rooted.
Minhaj Interfaith and Welfare Department hosted a welfare event for the cancer patients at Noori Hall, Lower Parel , Mumbai on the 24th of October. The event which was held in collaboration with Cancer Research Foundation was titled "We can beat cancer together" and was attended by more than 150 patients and their families.
Minhaj-ul-Quran Renewal Services to solve the scientific, jurisprudential and spiritual problems facing the Muslim world as well as to promote unity, brotherhood and interfaith harmony in the Muslim Ummah and to introduce the world to different aspects of the all-round personality of the Prophet of Islam. Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has completed 16 volumes of Tafsir-ul-Quran in Arabic language along with 9 other books. This was stated by Central Nazim-e-Aala Khurram Nawaz Gandapur in an interview with Parliament Times.
Addressing the 38th International Mawlid-un-Nabi ﷺ Conference held at Minar-e-Pakistan, MQI founding-leader Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri said that he started the work on exegesis of the Holy Quran 20 years ago which was completed on the blessed day of the 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal. He said that this exegesis is in Arabic language consisting of 16 volumes, stating that alongside, a summary of the exegesis has also been written in five volumes. He further said its English and Urdu translations will be completed soon as well.

Renowned religious scholar and director Minhaj Education Society, Ali Waqar Qadri spoke on the subject of 'love of the Holy Prophet (pbuh)'. In his speech, he said that love of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) is the basis as well as the essence of our faith. He recalled Hadith in which the Holy Prophet (pbuh) said: none of you cannot become a believer unless he (pbuh) becomes dearer to them than their own children, and parents.
The inaugural ceremony of Minhaj Learning and Research Centre was held in New Delhi on 26 September. The launching ceremony of audiobook of "Huzoor Nabi Akram ﷺ Ka Paikar-e-Jamal" authored by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri will be held today at the Central Secretariat. Various religious scholars, intellectuals, journalists including Chairman Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Orya Maqbool Jan, Sohail Warraich, Syed Bilal Qutab, Dr Syed Hamid Farooq Bukhari, Dr Saeed Ahmad Saeedi, Allama Badruzzaman Qadri will attend the ceremony.
The launching ceremony of audiobook titled "Huzoor Nabi Akram ﷺ ka Paikar e Jamal" authored by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri was held here at the central secretariat of MQI. Addressing the ceremony, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that MQI has always preferred to use modern means of communication for the promotion of Islamic message of peace, love and brotherhood. He said that the launch of audiobook is an effort in this regard. He said that it is our mission to convey the teachings of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) to every household.
In a statement on Yaum-e-Ashur, MQI founding-leader Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that Husainiyyat means not supporting the oppressor, impious, and dishonest people. He said Imam Hussain (alayhis-salam) laid down this principle till the Day of Judgement by offering the supreme sacrifice of his life. Through his sacrifice, the great Imam (alayhis-salam) made it clear that the important duty of governing cannot be left at the mercy of those who ridicule religious practices.
Addressing the "Paygham-e-Imam Hussain (alayhis-salam) and Ittehad-e-Ummat Conference" organized under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran Ulama Council, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri said that five sacred beings belonging to the Holy Prophet's (pbuh) family have been mentioned in the Holy Quran.
The month of Muharram-ul-Haram is of unique importance in terms of virtue, glory and sanctity. This month reminds us of the great sacrifice of Hazrat Imam Husain (Alayhis-salam) for the religion of Islam and inspires us to take the path of devotion and commitment to the cause of truth despite manifest dangers.
Addressing an Education Budget Seminar held under the banner of Mustafavi Students Movement, renowned economist Qais Aslam has said that we cannot fulfill the requirements of the 21st century with the thinking of the 19th century. He said the kind of education being imparted by the state is not in line with the demands of the contemporary times. He said that our educational system is devoid of creativity and research potential.
MQI Canada arranged a ceremony in remembrance of Farid-e-Millat Dr Farid-ud-Din Qadri (ra), the beloved father of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. The program started with the recitation of the verses from the Holy Quran by Qari Shafiq Ahmad Naeemi Al-Azhari in his beautiful and melodious voice followed by the translation and the narration of three Hadith by Hafiz Umair Waqas.
